APP PERFILETTO

App Perfiletto te permite generar tablas de corte para cancelería de aluminio; de una manera simple y precisa. Para utilizarla, tan solo se requiere un teléfono celular inteligente.

Las puedes realizar desde cualquier lugar o lo más importante utilizar nuestros talleres que te facilitarán realizar los cortes en nuestras máquinas y tener todas las herramientas y asesoría personalizada.

La App cuenta con dos opciones de tabla de corte:

Que tablas de corte deseas utilizar:

1. Perfiletto: Tabla de corte con perfiles recomendados.

2. Personalizado: Tú deberás seleccionar con que perfiles de la Línea / Serie deseas generar tu tabla de corte.

Una vez que hayas seleccionado la Modulación, deberás elegir si la deseas con o sin mosquitero.

Opciones mosquitero: Fijo, Corredizo, Multilínea

Medidas

Se requiere que la medida de tu modulación sea en centímetros y también puedes ingresar dos decimales, los campos que encontraras es para ancho y alto. Si este paso no esta completado no podrás continuar con el proceso.

Cantidad de Piezas Iguales

Confirma la cantidad de Piezas que apliquen para Misma Modulación, Mismas Medidas.

No tienes que preocuparte por tus modulaciones con medidas diferentes la app te permite esto y también en un mismo proyecto agregar diferentes modulaciones.

Resumen de Proyecto

Te aparecerá en pantalla un resumen con toda la información agregada: Modulación, Línea / Serie, Medidas, Cantidad de Piezas con o sin mosquitero y si es correcto solo deberás seleccionar la opción Generar Tabla de Corte.

Proceso de Corte

La clave del perfil contiene la información de la medida a la cuál deberá ser cortado así como la cantidad de perfiles y si das clic en la clave te aparecerá el dibujo del perfil para confirmar que sea fisicamente el que vas a cortar.

Durante esta función la o las tablas de corte generadas te indicarán la cantidad de perfiles que vas a cortar, los cuáles irán en automático mostrando el progreso de corte hasta haber llegado al final de perfiles por cortar. La medida mostrada ya será con los descuentos necesarios.

Sincronizar

Puedes sincronizar tu proceso de corte de tu celular a una pantalla; en la parte superior de tu celular te aparecerá el icono para sincronizar y te hará la siguiente pregunta ¿Donde te encuentras?

Si tu respuesta es: En Taller Perfiletto con un simple paso deberás incluir un código en la pantalla para sincronizar tu proyecto e iniciar el proceso de corte, al hacer esto tendrás información más precisa ya que en la pantalla touch se mostrara la modulación y se iluminara la ubicación del perfil seleccionado. La pantalla funciona en conjunto con la máquina de corte con lector digital.

Si estas en tu taller puedes realizar el proceso de corte directamente de tu celular o bien puedes sincronizar en una iPad o tableta, una pantalla smart tv o tu computadora.

Once you have selected the Modulation, you must choose whether you want it with or without a mosquito net.

Mosquito net options: Fixed, Sliding, Multiline

Measurements

The measurement of your modulation is required in centimeters and you can also enter two decimals, the fields you will find are for width and height. If this step is not completed you will not be able to continue with the process.

Number of Equal Pieces

Confirm the number of Pieces that apply for Same Modulation, Same Measurements.

You do not have to worry about your modulations with different measures the app allows you this and also in the same project add different modulations.

Project Summary

A summary will appear on the screen with all the information added: Modulation, Line / Series, Measurements, Number of Pieces with or without mosquito net and if it is correct, you should only select the Generate Cutting Table option.

Cutting process

The profile key contains the information of the measure to which it must be cut as well as the number of profiles and if you click on the key, the profile drawing will appear to confirm that it is physically the one you are going to cut.

During this function the generated cutting table or tables will indicate the number of profiles you are going to cut, which will automatically show the cutting progress until you have reached the end of the profiles to be cut. The measure shown will already be with the necessary discounts.

Sync up

You can synchronize your cutting process from your cell phone to a screen; The icon to synchronize will appear on the top of your cell phone and will ask you the following question: Where are you?

If your answer is: In Perfiletto Workshop with a simple step you must include a code on the screen to synchronize your project and start the cutting process, when you do this you will have more accurate information since on the touch screen the modulation will be displayed and will light up the location of the selected profile. The screen works in conjunction with the digital reader cutting machine.

If you are in your workshop you can carry out the cutting process directly from your cell phone or you can synchronize on an iPad or tablet, a smart tv screen or your computer.
